Management By Strengths (MBS) is a program designed to
help companies increase productivity, improve customer satisfaction
and employee morale through an improved understanding of how to work
more effectively together. MBS skills enhance team building throughout an
organization.
For companies regularly conducting MBS Training the Introduction can be a valuable tool, providing a quick and easy way to present the MBS program to new employees. New employees can then attend the full MBS Fundamental course the next time training is conducted.

The MBS Program addresses Diversity in a fundamental way. MBS teaches that through a better understanding of a person's communication style ... their temperament, we are equipped to work more effectively with that person. With the current emphasis on "Diversity Training" and "Cultural Sensitivity", The MBS program is an excellent starting point. Temperament is "Diversity" at it's most fundamental level.
The term "Personality Profile" is frequently used, but TEMPERAMENT is even more basic. Many things go into forming a person's "personality" such as environment, upbringing, integrity, education, faith, job skills, etc. MBS goes deeper and focuses on each person's underlying temperament, which is the foundation upon which the personality is built. An understanding of Temperament helps break down many of the racial, gender, social and communication barriers that often have stood in the way of people working together. |

MBS helps us to say to each other, "This is the best way to work with me and I under-stand the best way to work with you." MBS supports open communication and more productive interaction.
